Another inch down

Ten and a half inches off my body in 29 days....happy claps go here!Still not seeing much on the losing weight front but I haven't changed enough of my eating yet. A work in progress :0)

Just wanted to take a minute and say what a great dinner we had tonight. Not only was the food great but the company as usual was fabulous.

Anita it was great to see you tonight. I'm so glad we got to spend some quality face time with you. You will always have a place at our table and in my heart. We will have to start skyping Sunday's potluck that way you can join us more often and to stay in the loop!

Julia it was great having you with us as well. You should come more often :0)

Ginny the broccoli casserole was wonderful as usual. Amanda Says Carol may have made this if so....Opps I loved it anyway and love you both as well....lol

Carol all I can say is........yummy. I am looking forward to your new blog. Sounds amazing. Darla it was great hearing you talk about work and being excited about all the changes. Ladies, thank you for sharing your table with us all. Stonesoup would not be the same if it weren't for the two of you
