Good start
8 days in and I am feeling good. I have a few days that were kinda iffy but really just mind over matter did the trick...That and I have a great support team. Calorie wise I did well we will see for sure how that shakes down on Wens afternoon but today I celebrate a small victory. I measure myself because I know that this seems to show more then the scale. I have posted those measurements. Hard to show everyone that but honesty is going to win the race. With that being said:Here is the jist:

I did make it to the gym 2 times this week and did some walking on my own :0) One day at a time! Found a great snack this week. Its called skinny cow. Its 120 calories and just enough to get rid of the chocolate craving. School starts tomorrow so update may be a bit more sparatic but I am in it to win it! This is my year!
