Apple Butterscotch Bundt Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Oil
  • 3 Organic Brown Eggs
  • 2 Cups Organic Sugar
  • 1 Stick Softened Butter
  • 3 Cups Unbleached King Arthur Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Soda
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 Teaspoon Fresh Nutmeg
  • 3 Cups Diced Apples (I used 3 Cups of Apples that were home canned)
  • 1 Cup Chopped Walnuts or Pecans
  • 1 1/2 Cups Butterscotch Chips
  • 1/4 Cup Mini Cinnamon Chips
  • Love

Mix together eggs, sugar, oil, and butter.   Sift together dry ingredients.   Add dry ingredients to egg mixture. Mix well. Fold in  in apples, butterscotch chips and nuts.   Add love throughout the process.  Pour into a greased Bundt pan.   Bake at 375 degrees for one hour.  Test with toothpick.
