Gluten Free Dinner 4/3/11

For Potluck tonight Amanda and I decided we would help Darla with her Lent sacrafice.  We went to the store and found lots of different Gluten Free products.  I decided that I would make lasagna and brownies and Amanda decided to make bread. We followed the directions on the box for everything except the bread.  Amanda added Garlic and cut back on the water

It became a funny joke after reading the box.....Sauce, meat, cheese, repeat....so as I was adding the ingredients this was said many times :0)  I used Mozzarella, Italian blend, Colby Jack, & Ricotta.  Let me just say it was really good if I do say so myself!

Carol made a fab salad, Ginny brought bread and green been casserole.

What a great fellowship time we had tonight!
