Today's journey went well. I ate well and spent the afternoon with an old friend.  She is a Grandma today....A beautiful baby girl. On the up swing I walked into the break room to find the vending machine waiting on me.  I could hear him talking to me so I looked him in the eye and told it I would no longer be needing its services.  Smacked it on the glass and told it good bye.  Felt good to do that.

So tomorrow starts the gym....bring it on.
