Change begins 9-8-11

As September begins my anxiety level has started to increase.  Why you ask?  Well I am about to start a new adventure.  I have decided to go back and get my associates degree.  Some of you may think that isnt such a big deal but for me its HUGE!  It has been 20 years sense I have tried to go to school.  I kicked around the idea of going back full time and just getting it over with but I really need to keep working.....or win the lottery.  Chances are the lottery thing isnt gonna happen so work it is.  SO with that being said I am going to take 2 online classes this quarter.  I am taking the last of the English classes and also a sociology class.  Once I decided that I was going to take the online classes the anxiety level dropped alot.  I can still work as much or more then I am now and do my homework in between. I am ready!  I got a desk all set up with my PC and note books ready...I have had my experience with financial aid thru the book store which was a 2 hour ordeal....But I am thankful for the financial aid and the fact that I didnt have to come up with the cash for the books....2 books $193.00.

As far as what am I gonna be when I grow up....I am majoring in communications.  What that means I am not real sure yet.  But I know that I need to finish a degree so I can get a JOB that is challenging for me and that can help me support myself and family.

With all of this being said Change is going to be good!

On a side note I am very proud of you too Carol for taking classes too!  Will make for interesting potluck conversations the next few months for sure :0)
