Breakfast Potluck 01-31-2010

I like to start any recipe with fresh ingredients. I try to use local farm markets and organic products as much as possible. This week I ventured out to the Second Street Public Market to buy ingredients for potluck. I purchased bacon and pork chops from my favorite vendor KJB Farms. KJB Farms specializes in farm raised pork, chicken, lamb, and eggs. They are located in Miami County. This is the best bacon you will ever taste. I highly recommend this vendor.
