Potluck bread recipes from 7/11/10

So our donation to potluck was our zucchini and squash.  We added a red pepper and an orange for color and an onion for flavor.  Added some pepper and garlic powder some olive oil and stir fry city baby.

The rest of dinner was fab as well.

We had barbecue chicken, broccili cheese rice backed potatoes, green beans from the garden, cole slaw with cabbage from the garden, and Amandas famous bread.  And then Ginny's cherry desert someone else will have to tell me what it was :0)

Here is the recipe for that....

9 grain bread

follow the directions but add dehydrated garlic (1 tbsp), dehtdrated onion (1 tbsp), tyme (1 tbsp)

brush bread with egg pepper and garlic powder.

bake as directed.

European herb cheese bread

cheated....base is european cheese bread made for bread machine

add 1/2 cup of colby jack cheese shredded and a tablespoon of Italian herb mix

1 tbsp of dehydrated onion 1 tbsp of dehydrated garlic

brush with egg and sea salt

bake as directed.
