Charity Water: Why Water?

I was first introduced to this organization through listening to a TWiT podcast.

According to the site, almost a billion people on the planet don’t have access to clean drinking water. That’s one in eight of us. charity: water is a non-profit organization bringing clean and safe drinking water to people in developing nations. 100% of public donations directly fund water projects.

Visit the Stone Soup Community Donation site to lend your support to this effort.

$2o can give a person in Africa clean, safe drinking water for 20 years

100% of the money raised to direct project costs, funding sustainable clean water solutions in areas of greatest need
