Update.....
As I write this tonight I am reminded that I am me and I am ok! I haven't lost any weight but I am still melting some inches off which I will still call a win. I stopped drinking pop. I have always loved pop but I quit for me and that makes all the difference. I have only had about 2 oz of pop in those 2 weeks. Had a headache and that took it away.
I am feeling healthy and that is what is important for me. His spring and summer I am planning to do a few 5k walks if anyone is interested in joining me. I am going to keep moving!
Cooking healther options and cutting down my on my salt intack. I am ready for the warmer weather which I am sure most of you are as well!
