We missed Penny and Amanda at potluck yesterday:(    It wasn't the same without them! However, we had truly summer fixings.  On the menu was Turkey BLT's on Ciabatta Bread, Macaroni Salad, Roasted Peppers as an optional topping for the BLT's and for dessert Ginny made a chocolate pecan pie and Carol made a Lemon Pineapple Cobbler.  It was yummy! The Ciabatta Bread and Bacon came from the 2nd Street Public Market, lettuce from our garden, and tomatoes from the farmer's market in Kentucky where Ginny's daughter works.
