New Year ... New Beginings
As this year starts I am starting a new walk. I am going to be eating better (yes even if that means trying some new veggies). I have started the gym and am going a few times a week (2-4 times depending on my work schedule) I started this a few weeks ago as to not fall into the dreaded resolution failures that I read about all the time. I did pretty good over the holidays but didnt stick to my calorie count but thats ok I knew that there would be food every where we went and I dont think I did to bad. The scale will tell for sure tomorrow. I plan to blog my journey. I will need alot of support. I will be eating alot of salads at potluck but that doesnt mean I wont take a taste of things I just need to watch my calories. Speaking of Calories I am going to be staying between 1200-1300 calories a day. Once a week I wont be so strict but for now that is what I am doing. It has worked for me in the past and I have started a food journal to help keep me honest.
I know I have talked to a few of you about this and I want to thank you for your support already.
I will do this. If anyone wants to go on this ride with me Ill be glad to hit the gym with ya, the bike trail (when it gets a bit warmer) even bundle up and go for a walk.
So let me spell out my plan...
1 to stay under 1300 calories everyday
2 to be healthy
3 to work out at least 2 days a week
4 to drop 30+ pounds by Columbus Pride!
Peace and Love,
P
