This was taken at ICC Festival....When I was a child this was my favorite time of year....This festival was where I saw all my friends before school started.  Spent many hours just walking around and laughing and just being a kid.  We always brought home a pie or cake from the cake booth.  It was nice to share this with my cousin tonight yet it reminded me of my mother alot.  Love the festivals!
