Solved Scrivener mobi compile losing paragraph tabs

I have been using Scrivener  by Literature and Latte now for about a week and I'm loving it!

Being excited to see my writing in real electronic book form, I started playing with the compile options after having only written one chapter.  By the way, I don't recommend that as a viable strategy...
