On Track For A Healthier 2011
Last fall I won a wii bowling tournament at work and received a $250 gift certificate from Amazon.com. After months of considering all of my options, I finally decided on this.
I came home tonight and Jason and I got it up the stairs and into my office. I then got it assembled and took it for its first test drive. I was able to easily get it up to 2mph and I really think I'm going to like it.
I work from home at least 2 days a week. So I plan to take a half hour before work, a couple of 15 minute breaks, a half hour at lunch, and a half hour after work on those two days and then do another two hour workout on Saturday. That will give me a total of 5 hours per week of exercise on Monday, Thursday and Saturday. I'll keep you posted on how it goes.
